Pretty much what I expected: sufficient hotel, reasonably priced. I loved every detail about my fun stay here during 3 nights. A pristine beach, incredible view. Situated only 1 km from Carmo Hall. I had a deluxe double room it was generous sized. Superb breakfast, excellent service.

It was clean, the staff was absolutely amazing, plus the service was amazing!
Facilities were superb, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was a really nice stay. Clean and the staff was beautiful. Plenty of outstanding food, I loved it. Excellent restaurant and marvellous service.

Fairly clean, APPETISING food and sincere staff. Cotai district was worth visiting. Moreover, it's just off shopping area and the venetian and tourists.
No negatives from this place.

We would love to come back, this hotel met my requirements. We were pleased to have a mini-bar, climate control and a laptop-size safe in the room. As picky eaters we loved to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Lotus Palace couple of times, it was 20 mins walk away...

We greatly enjoyed service and staff. Monte forte was around the corner. Fantastic restaurant in the hotel.
